Rental Terms & Policies



Rental Period

All rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Some vehicle prices are based on three-day rental periods. Check with our representative for confirmation.

Hours of Operation

We are open 7 days 24 hours a day.

One-day, Weekend, Weekly and Monthly rental
One day rental means 24 hours; we offer special discounts and offers for rentals for multi-day rentals. Weekend rental is 3 days beginning Friday, Saturday or even Sunday, 1 week is 7 days. Monthly prices will have a special additional discount.

Things to have at hand by time of rental
All renters must present a valid drivers license with a photograph at the time of rental. You will need to bring a major credit card; U.S. residents can provide proof of car insurance if they choose not to buy our insurance.

Insurance Coverage
If you do not have your own transferable collision insurance, we offer an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) ($29.99 to $69.99) & Liability Insurance (LIS) ($15.99 to 59.99) depending on each car.

Reservations
To make a reservation we will need to run a credit card authorization and verify which form of insurance will be used. You can supply all necessary information over the phone at 1 888-415-8815 or through our online reservations form. After making a reservation on the Web, you will be contacted by phone for confirmation and guaranteed vehicle of choice, with the exception of any unforeseen circumstances. To guarantee that you will have the car you want, we highly recommend making a reservation as soon as you know when you will need the car. We do not charge your credit card until you pick up the vehicle.

Cancellation

• If you inform us of the cancellation / reschedule 5-3 days prior to the scheduled date of the rental, there will be a charge of 25% of the total rental period.

• If you cancel / reschedule less than 72 and more than 48 hours prior to rental, then there will be cancellation fee of 50% of your total rental charges.

• If you cancel / reschedule less than 48 hours before your rental or no-show at the time of rental, you will be charged 75% of your total rental charges.

• If you cancel your rental while in the rental period and after signing the contract we are entitled to charge you for 100% of the rental period.

We are flexible with customers regarding this particular aspect of the car rental experience because we want to have returning customers again. We strive to be fair in our service and we expect to have the same level of understanding and respect from you regarding potential losses to the company for having closed reservations and then getting cancelled, when we could have serviced another client.

Pick up and Drop Off
Vehicle delivery and pick-up is available to and from your door or by Atlanta Hartsville airport.
Please note: All pick-up & delivery arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance in order to guarantee our service. Any changes to pick-up or delivery times/locations with less than 24 hours notice may incur in additional transportation fees.

Late Fee

There is a one hour grace period for late drop offs. If you exceed your rental period for more than 1 hour, a late fee will be charged per hour. The per-hour late fee will be calculated as follows: daily rental rate divided by 2 will be the hourly rate to charge not to exceed day rental.
Georgia Taxes A sales tax of 7% and a $2.00/day road tax will be applied to all rentals.

Age Requirements

All renters must be at least 21 years old. For some of our higher end cars you will need to be at least 25 years old. You will need a credit card, which is used as your deposit. You will need to show us a valid driver's license with photograph and proof of insurance when you come to pick up your car. Some cars have a surcharge for renters under 25 years old. A underage fee ranging from US$ 19.99 to 39.99 will apply.
Additional Drivers There is a surcharge for adding an additional driver into the rental. An extra fee ranging from US$ 19.99 to 39.99 will be charged and will vary depending on the vehicle being rented. An underage additional driver of US$ 39.99 will be charged as well if applicable.

Fuel Rules & Surcharge

We will give you the car with a full tank of gas. You don't need to return it with a full tank of gas for your convenience, but in the event you do it, there is an additional charge of US$ 4.99/gallon. When you do gas up, all vehicles must be refueled with Premium grade (93+ Octane) gasoline. We ask that all gas receipts are kept to verify that effectively you are refueling our cars with the correct octane. There is a $350 fee for filling up our vehicles with a lesser grade gasoline or by not showing us the proof. Yes, we will find out what type of octane you are using on your rental period.

Per mile charges

The customer is entitled to 100-140 miles per day depending on the vehicle type. The additional mileage ranges from $0.75-1.25/mile. In some Exotic cars, the fee can be up to $1.59/mile.

International Renters

We offer rentals to international drivers who have certain types of credit cards (certain Platinum and Gold Cards). AF Exquisite Lifestyle reserves the right to deny or cancel a rental for international drivers.

Driving Area

All vehicles are required to stay within the state of Georgia . Some exceptions apply with written approval from AF Exquisite Lifestyle.

Reservation Deposit

There will be a deposit of $200.00 that will be credited towards your rental days and be held for any potential damages for no-shows or for cancellations.

Damage Deposit

Before vehicle pick-up/delivery, a damage deposit in the form of a credit card preauthorization will be required. This is only an authorization, not a charge. Most authorizations vary from $1,500 to $4,000, depending on the vehicle. Some exotic cars may require a deposit above 5,000. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Final payments will be charged to authorize credit card. If customer chooses, final payments can be paid by cash.

Parking Requirements

Vehicle must be locked, convertible top up (if applicable) and alarm set when vehicle is unattended. The vehicle must be stored in a secured garage at night. Do not allow anyone who is not an "Authorized Driver" to drive the vehicle at any time, including a valet or parking attendant. When you park in a public garage, please ask to park the car yourself and take the keys with you.

Tickets

The renter is responsible for paying all fees, penalties and costs resulting from the payment must be turned over to us when the vehicle is returned. Renters must pay a fee for towing charges, or impound costs.

Payment Methods

AF Exquisite accepts credit cards by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Debit Cards are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. Cash is not accepted for deposit but it can be used for final payment of vehicle. Personal & Business Checks are not accepted for rental.

Rainy Day Cancellation or Change

For just $29.99 we will allow you to change your rental date to any other open date as many times as you like when it's raining at our location at the time your rental is scheduled to begin. Simply pay for your rental in full and purchase the insurance 5 days prior to your rental date.
Cancellation and rescheduling may only take place if it is raining at the time the rental is scheduled to begin. This insurance does not apply once the rental has started.
We reserve the right to refuse/postpone rental due to severe weather, past driving record or any other reason that may jeopardize your safety as well as that of the vehicle.

Accidents

In case of an accident seek medical attention, and contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation. A police report must be filed.

Pets

If the vehicle comes back with pet dirt or odor, A minimum cleaning fee of $120 will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our cars. A minimum cleaning fee of $120 will be deducted from your security deposit if car is returned smelling of smoke.

Prohibited Uses

The vehicles may not be used:
• To carry people or property for hire
• To operate any vehicle under the influence of any drugs or alcohol
• On any unpaved surface
• For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
• By anyone not licensed to drive or who's Driver's License has been suspended or restricted
• To push or tow anything
• To exceed any posted speed limits
• In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, demonstration, or near any racetrack or road course. (this is something we really enforce because there is no insurance company that will cover the car while on the track, and that means the renter will be liable completely for any losses incurred)
• To teach anyone to drive
In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to remotely disable the vehicle.

Drivers License Record

You must have a valid driver's license to rent. We run DMV reports on every renter. You may not have had your license revoked, had a DUI, DWI, suspension or any other criminal conviction within the last 3 years. We reserve the right to cancel rental for clients with previous driving records.

No Towing

Nothing is allowed to be connected to our vehicles at any time.

Leasing Short-Term or Long-Term

At AF Exquisite Lifestyle, we offer affordable rates for long term rental periods.

Hour Rentals

Cars can be rented by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Call for pricing

Brake-downs

All of our vehicles are almost brand new, so we do not anticipate that situation. However, you may contact us in case you have a flat tire, lock out, towing, and for fuel delivery. You simply call the phone number and help is on the way.

Additional Accessories

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are baby seats, cell phones, and GPS-Navigation systems.

Membership

AF Exquisite membership program is free of charge.
